Safety Hub Consultants Ltd was incorporated on 3rd December 2017 under the Companies Act, 2015. The company was founded by Roselyne Bonareri Makori — a NEMA Registered Expert (Reg. No. 2141) and Approved Government Safety Advisor (OSH/ADV 236) with over 15 years of hands-on EHS practice across Kenya.
Before founding Safety Hub, Roselyne led EHS departments at firms including Suraya Property Group, Parbat Siyani Construction, Millenium Management Consultants, and Baran Telecom Networks — accumulating over 100 Environmental Impact Assessments, 50+ environmental audits, and more than 10 Strategic Environmental Assessments across diverse sectors. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Occupational Health and Safety at Kenyatta University (ongoing).
Today, Safety Hub operates as a multi-disciplinary consultancy offering the full compliance lifecycle — from initial EIA through to permit processing, OSH audits, and ongoing sustainability advisory — serving clients across Kenya, with capacity for broader East African and international engagements.
To provide quality, timely, and cost-effective Environmental, Health and Safety consultancy services that help our clients achieve statutory compliance, sustainability, and profitability — while protecting people and the environment.
To be the leading Environmental, Health and Safety consultancy in East Africa — recognised for exceptional expertise, integrity, and measurable impact in creating safer workplaces and a more sustainable environment across the region.
Quality and timeliness in every deliverable. Transparent client relationships. Evidence-based, field-tested recommendations. Compliance with all governing statutory requirements. Continuous improvement driven by experience and knowledge — not just theory.
We combine deep regulatory knowledge, multi-sector experience, and genuine accountability — delivering solutions that hold up under government scrutiny.
Our lead expert holds NEMA registration (No. 2141), is a Government Approved Safety Advisor (OSH/ADV 236), a NEBOSH International Diploma holder, and an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor. Our team collectively holds three NEMA registrations.
From Safaricom BTS audits and KenGen powerhouse asbestos disposal, to the US Embassy renovation and an international Maersk assessment in Senegal — our portfolio spans telecoms, energy, construction, manufacturing, hospitality, and government infrastructure.
We don't hand off work to subcontractors after scoping. Our registered experts are personally involved from assessment through to NEMA submission and permit tracking — one team, accountable from start to finish.
Our quality policy commits to efficient, economical solutions delivered on schedule. We establish clear timelines at project kickoff, communicate proactively, and have a documented track record of on-time report submission to NEMA and DOSH.
Our lead auditor brings ISO 9001:2015 certification to the business — meaning our internal processes, documentation, and client deliverables are managed to an internationally recognised quality standard, not just statutory minimums.
We go beyond box-ticking. Our consultancy helps clients build Environmental Management Systems that reduce risk, cut costs, and demonstrate ESG responsibility — increasingly important for institutional and international clients.
We are committed to consistently providing services that meet customer needs, comply with all governing statutory requirements, and give genuine value for money.
