Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
An Environmental Impact Assessment is a statutory requirement for any project likely to have a significant effect on the environment — mandated under the Environmental Management and Coordination Act (EMCA, 1999). No development can proceed without an approved EIA licence from NEMA.
Safety Hub's lead expert has conducted over 100 EIAs across sectors including construction and real estate, manufacturing, telecommunications, hospitality, horticultural farms, and public infrastructure. We manage the full process — from scoping and field studies through to public participation, report writing, NEMA submission, and licence tracking.
